I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who came to this work after a career in music touring and festival production. Therapy was something I’d always felt called to, and returning to it felt like coming home.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I offer talk therapy with a psychodynamic lens and incorporate EMDR when it’s helpful — especially for people feeling stuck in patterns tied to past experiences.
