What can I expect in the first session?
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and what therapy might look like with me. There’s no pressure to share everything right away — we’ll go at your pace and create a space that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
At this time, I offer telehealth sessions only. All sessions are held virtually via a secure and confidential video platform, which allows for flexibility and accessibility, no matter where you are in the states I’m licensed.

How often do we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps us build momentum and trust.
How long is each session?
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider if they offer out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance company to ask:

How much does therapy cost?
Sessions range from $225-$240.
I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Who do you work with?
I work with teens (ages 13+), college-age young adults, and adults of all ages. Many of my clients come to therapy looking for support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, or trauma. Some are working professionals, some are students, and others are simply seeking space to better understand themselves and their patterns.

How long will I need to be in therapy?
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some people come for short-term support, while others stay longer for deeper exploration and growth. We’ll check in regularly about your progress and goals to make sure therapy continues to feel meaningful and useful.
I’ve never been in therapy before — what if I’m nervous or unsure?
That’s completely okay and very common. Starting therapy can bring up a lot of feelings. You don’t have to know exactly what to say or where to start — that’s part of my job. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful of where you’re at.
